What is Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology?

Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology® meets you in the subtle body - the layer where lasting change truly begins.

Kinesiology is a natural healing practice that communicates with the subconscious mind to bring the body back into balance. Your body holds everything: every memory, every emotion, every belief that has shaped you. It speaks truthfully in a language the thinking mind cannot always access. Kinesiology listens to that language using muscle reflex testing as a biofeedback tool to bypass the conscious mind and speak directly with the subconscious.

Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology takes this a step further; into the realm of the energetic, the spiritual and the soul. Rather than working only with the physical or psychological, this modality honours the whole being: your energy body, your consciousness, your connection to something greater than the everyday self.

This work weaves together the wisdom of different energy medicine, the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine five element theory, the meridian network, the chakra system, auras, flower essences, colour, sound and the unravelling of deep emotional and ancestral conditioning.

The body leads, nothing is forced.

You are always safe.

The Energy Fields

THE AURIC FIELD
Your aura is the luminous field that surrounds and interpenetrates your physical body. It carries your emotional history, your spiritual light and the imprints of your experiences.

THE CHAKRA SYSTEM
The seven main chakras map the body’s primary energy centres. From the root of safety and belonging through to the crown of divine connection.

THE TRANSPERSONAL CHAKRA FIELD
The transpersonal field connects us to dimensions beyond the personal self - to ancestral patterns, soul contracts, karmic imprints and higher purpose.

THE ELEMENTAL SYSTEM
Drawing on the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the five elements; Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water - reflect the cycles of nature within us. When they are in balance, so are we.

THE MERIDIAN SYSTEM
Meridian work opens the energetic pathways, restores flow, and brings us back into rhythm with our natural cycles and the seasons.
